Jason has been leading and developing creative teams for more than 25 years. In this time he has worked both at advertising agencies and in-house for large global organisations. Prior to launching Dynamic Pear, Jason was Head of Design at PKF, Head of Creative Services at BDO, Creative Director at GTA Advertising, Associate Creative Director at Think BDW and Design Director at Redcow Creative.
Kate Abram

Prior to launching Dynamic Pear, Kate built up a wealth of experience in the professional services sector. Her career, spanning almost 20 years, has mainly been spent as a Senior Designer at various global organisations such as UCL, Capita, PKF and BDO. Her client-side experience gives her a unique perspective on the financial and practical challenges that organisations can often face internally.
